2011 Awards Banquet

This year's Awards Banquet will be held November 26th at Watkins Glen Internal, 2790 County Rt. 16, Watkins Glen, New York. ( www.theglen.com). This will be on the second floor of the Media Center, near Victory Circle. There is an elevator.

I need to let them know how many to prepare for at least 7 days in advance, so you need to get your Reservations in to me by November 20, 2011.

It should be a fine evening of fun, great dinner and a chance for you to accept the praises for your hard efforts this season! In addition, it's a chance for you to reward your crew and supporters for all they have done for you this past year.

For those needing overnight accomodations, the Senecal Lodge has rooms available at $70.00 for a single/double, and $75.00 for a queen room, plus tax.. These rooms are held under the group name NYSRRC-SCCA, until November 27. You can contact the Seneca Lodge at (607) 868-5147, or on the web (www.senecalodge.com).

The Seneca Lodge is located at the South entrance of Watkins Glen State Park.

The Cocktail hour will start at 6:00pm, a cash bar with hors d'oeuvres.

The dinner will be a Buffet of Yancy's Fancy Budweiser Cheddar Soup, Tossed Salad, Vegetable Medley, Potatoes, Teriyaki Steak, Pasta Primavera, rolls & butter, Mixed Berry Pie, and coffee/hot tea.
